This is an educational program that creates Healthy Habits through each aspect of your life, not just nutrition. We will work on Healthy Habits such as Mind, Body and Finances Here are the 4 Main Components of the Program COACH I will be with you every step of the way. One-on-One personal support and mentorship. We celebrate along the way and we'll share every challenge and victory together. TRANSFORMATIONAL SYSTEM It is more than getting your body healthy, we will focus on getting your mind healthy as well. This system is our educational component designed to help strategize your plan for reaching your Optimal Health COMMUNITY In addition to myself, our Community of like-minded people are all on the same health journey and focused on creating better health. We have LIVE client support calls and webinars, along with a safe place where you can find support, share triumphs, and ask questions. MEALS During weight-loss, maintenance or weight-gain, we focus on eating 6 meals per day. We walk through how to create healthy, well-balanced meals along with providing tools to help along the way.
